 Round the Mountain
(Pack a Lunch), October 2017

One day she realized
That the mountain she kept climbing
Was not hers.
In fact, it had nothing to do
With her.
So she decided
To take the long
Way around,
Uncover new friends,
Sing to the sky,
Eat from the earth,
Laugh with new loves,
And let the river
Show her how to be kissed
By the sun until sparkling.
