“Evening in the Foothills”

Mr Larsen is a Clinical Microbiologist in the Bacteriology Department of the Northern California Regional Laboratory in Berkeley. He uses photography as a refreshing excuse to get away from the busy laboratory to peaceful locations and to indulge in his re-energizing hobby. This photograph was taken on a late afternoon in the Sierra Nevada foothills, approximately halfway between the Kaiser Permanente Fresno Medical Center and its satellite clinic in Oakhurst, CA.
