sculpture, mixed materials
Lorenzo Mills, MD

This sculpture is a life-sized metaphor for the human consequences of global warming and the ensuing rise in sea level. Mixed materials include steel, ceramic figures with a metal coat and patina, and colored resin for the representation of rising water.

Dr Mills is a retired Pediatrician from The Permanente Medical Group. More of his work and a current exhibition schedule may be viewed at: www.lorenzomills.com.
