 No One Knows

No One Knows
watercolor painting
Danielle Elizabeth Guinan

This original 11 x 15-inch watercolor painting was inspired by the often-hidden struggles of both patients and colleagues. The portrait attempts to capture fear, doubt, pain, and shame; the reason for such feelings is left up to the viewer. The artist is self-taught and enjoys portraying human emotion in her artwork.

Ms Guinan is a 4th-year medical student at Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee. She is interested in pursuing a career in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
